Seven Hills Veterinary Center - History |
Seven Hills Veterinary Center opened for business on December 22, 1985.
Since then we have expanded our facility four times, adding services,
doctors and support staff in order to meet the growing needs of our
clients and patients. After graduating from Colorado State University,
our founding owner, Dr's Mullen and Ley completed an intensive
internship at West Los Angeles Animal Hospital. Their camaraderie and
philosophy towards veterinary medicine led them into private practice
together and they continue to provide superior veterinary medicine. Dr.
Matthew Demey, a graduate of the Michigan State University, an associate
veterinarian with us since June of 2000, became a partner this year.
We have been accredited members of the American Animal Hospital
Association (AAHA) since 1987. In order for us to achieve and maintain
accreditation we must exceed AAHAs' strict standards in several
categories, including our building, patient care, diagnostic equipment
and our practice philosophies. We are very proud of this in light of the
fact that only 15% of all veterinarians in the USA attempt to achieve
accreditation, and we are the only hospital in Aurora to have done so.
