Dr. Brooks Butler attended Kansas State University, where he earned a Bachelors degree in Agribusiness in 2009, a Masters in Biomedical Science in 2011, and a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 2013. Upon graduation, Dr. Butler moved to Texas and practiced at a mixed animal veterinary hospital for 3 years. 

In 2016, he returned to his home state of Colorado to join Seven Hills Veterinary Hospital. Dr. Butler attended the FRANK Communication Training, Ultrasound Training, and has a WVC TPLO Certification.  Dr. Butler also attended the course for AO North America Principles in small Animal Fracture Management. 

Dr. Butler grew up around horses, dogs and cats, and always knew he wanted to pursue a career working with animals. His specific interests include diagnostic imaging and soft tissue surgery. Hobbies outside of work include hiking with his Labrador "Brew", skiing, and playing golf.
