Associate DVM
Dr. Diana Turkal earned her Bachelors in Biology with a concentration in Neuroscience at Stony Brook University in 2014. She went on to receive her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2018. Following graduation, Dr. Turkal completed a Small Animal Emergency and Specialty Internship at Alameda East Veterinary Hospital in Denver, where she discovered her passion for emergency medicine and decided to make Colorado her home.
Dr. Turkal's main interests include emergency and feline medicine, and she especially enjoys helping pets and their families through stressful situations. When she's not at the hospital, you'll likely find her skiing or hiking in the mountains, watching NBA games (Go Nuggets!), traveling, or spending time with her husband, Zach, and their two adorable cats, Archie and Enzo.
